We value humility, skill and integrity. These core values are the foundation of our business and guide our actions both on and off the range or training facility. We're a "people first" company, service is central to what we do. We believe that preparation is the key to security.

Our mission can be summed up in three words: "Evaluate. Anticipate. Eliminate." It is our commitment to the people we serve to provide the highest level of tactical firearms training possible, thereby enabling them to meet the unknown future with full presence and power.

The world isn't always a safe place. But we exist to make it safer. Safety incidents in training must be protected against with uncompromising effort and a high level of diligence. We consider safety to be an integral theme in our training programs and company ethos.
